Personal
Bio:
Sharon was
born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, graduated from high school and
joined the Army. The discipline and education provided from her armed
forces tenure helped shape her future and she became very active in her
community and church. She later attended Antioch University, receiving
degrees in Business Management and Labor Relations. The combination of
her training and education aided her in becoming the first female, first
Black president of a 7,000 member union.
Sharon’s
daughter, Chantal is a very successful business owner and her
granddaughter is an aspiring model. She devotes a lot of her personal
time to supporting and sponsoring her career by traveling to shoots and
encouraging her in all of her endeavors. Now that both of Sharon’s
parents have recently passed, she spends a lot of time with her Black
Labrador, Domino and running her business.

Sharon opened
The 24 Hour Secretary™, an administrative, secretarial, marketing and
internet-based support company in November, 1990. She is also the owner
of Jené Media, LLC, a small business publishing company and vice
president of PowerMakers, Inc., an event planning, training, marketing
and public relations firm.
Sharon's
successes stem from her passion, communication, clarity, intellectual
prowess and courage. She has successfully championed projects others
wouldn't because she has an uncanny way of comprehending and
implementing "visions" for success.
She is a
Master Virtual Assistant, Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant,
Mentor, Coach. and author of Marketing Your VA Practice without Breaking
the Bank; The Domino Effect of Branding; and Racism in Maryland State
Government. Sharon is currently penning Domino Effect of Marketing, a
comprehensive series describing marketing strategies that work,
inclusive of a workbook, questionnaires and audio recordings.

medical clinics and private medical practices as well as
solo-practitioners and mid-size law firms, school principals,
