Attendees will visit the Exposition to become educated

interest, and to qualify for prizes.
The Exposition will have special indexing and with
a simple click, the attendee will be at your virtual
booth. Your booth will be open 24/7 during the event,
and as a special bonus, your booth will remain open
for six months. Exhibitors may offer "show
specials" and drawings. We will announce your special
drawings during actual convention sessions. You can
collect leads and your booth will link to your web site
or welcome page to view your company / product information
in detail.

description of products and services, booth coverage
hours; contact details, etc. Our exhibit hall staff
will provide training and support on easy-to-use booth
technologies.
Non-Virtual Assistant Industry Member Presenter:
Speaker opportunity on topic related to theme of the convention, 30 minute prime time presentation in main meeting room to showcase your product or service. Logo on sponsor page, Exhibitor booth, as described above and banner ad in exhibitor hall.

Setting Up Your Booth:
Description: Upon submission of the Online Exhibitor
Booth Application and payment, you will receive a confirmation
email with a link to our online exhibit booth processing
area. Complete the enrollment process to obtain your
secured booth ID and passcode, and select your booth
style. By using the ID and passcode, you will be able
to update/edit your booth as needed.
Deadlines/Payments/Cancellation:
Full payment is due at the time application is made
and payable via PayPal to: finance@allianceforvirtualbiz.com.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
There will be no refunds issued. Booth
registrations will not be accepted after Friday, May
9, 2008 at 12 midnight (EST-US).
Rules and Regulations:
Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following rules and
regulations:
- Exhibitor must provide OIVAC with a written description
of product and services.
- Exhibitor must provide the OIVAC with a logo image.
- Exhibitor may provide a drawing prize for its Booth.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor must provide OIVAC with URL link
information.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor may not assign, or sublet in
whole or in part.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be permitted to promote
products or services other than those manufactured
or handled in the normal course of business.
- Exhibitor will not utilize any programming or other
alterations to the booth or convention templates in
any way that is detrimental to the operation of the
Convention or provides the exhibitor with any unfair
advantage over fellow exhibitors. Violation of this
Regulation may result in disconnection of the Booth
in question without notice until any such egregious
act has been corrected.
- The Online International Virtual Assistants Convention
reserves the right to decline applicants.
