Entitled “Pathways to Successful VA Practices: Using Communication & Technology to Enhance Business,” the Internet-based convention is designed to showcase various communication and technology resources virtual assistants can implement to increase business via informative seminars, workshops, presentations, networking and exhibits. Seminar topics include such diverse subjects as “How to automate your business (or your client’s)”; “Raving Fan Customer Service: The Foundation of a Great VA”; “Create a Web site to Showcase Your Talent, Land BIG New Clients and Build a Powerful Community”; and “Enjoy Promoting Your Business with Web 2.0”.
