details, etc. Our exhibit hall staff will provide
training and support on easy to use booth technologies.
- Article: Be a part of recorded
history. Information and logo will be included in
OIVAC article library and "VA Legacies",
the official historical record. We will compile an
ebook that will serve as the repository of the Convention,
its participants, Convention outcomes, etc. (Submission
will be no more than 100 words and approved by OIVAC.)
- Affiliate Commission: By placing
our banner on your organization’s home page,
your group will be eligible to participate in the
Convention “Affiliate Program”. If an
individual registers for the convention or purchases
a booth via the banner, OIVAC will donate 5% of the
proceeds to the organization as a token of appreciation.
- Recognition during International Virtual
Assistants Day Celebration: Organization
will be recognized during the “Official Celebration”
as a Silver Sponsor of the Convention.

What's included?
Sponsors of International Virtual
Assistants Day (IVAD) will receive the following:
- Banner on OIVAC Website and Blog:
Information will be prominently displayed on OIVAC
website and blog as follows: 125 px x 125 px or 234
px x 60 px banner located on the home page of the
OIVAC web site and 125 px x 125 px banner on International
Virtual Assistants Day celebration blog site. Your
banner will reside on the blog for a minimum of six
months. The blog will also include articles, contests,
client testimonials, event updates, comments from
fellow Virtual Assistants and other visitors, give-a-ways,
etc. Serving as the Convention information and registration
resource, these two sites will draw attention, pre
and post event.
- Media Opportunities: Organization’s
logo prominently displayed on all print media promoting
the International Virtual Assistants Day (IVAD) celebration.
In addition, sponsors will be identified as an official
sponsor during interviews and other promotional opportunities.
- Presentation in Main Meeting Room: During
the official IVAD celebration program, sponsors will
be allocated ten (10) minutes to speak to the
celebration audience. These ten minutes may be used to promote
your organization, share in the celebration, conduct
prize give-a-ways, etc.

information prominently displayed as one of the main
supporters of this historical event.
- Article: Be a part of recorded

visitable at no charge, and provide direct exposure
to potential customers. Sponsor may choose the hall
of their choice to display their banner.

Assistants Day Celebration: Organization
